Our site uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc., and Google Remarketing. We, like many businesses, sometimes hire other companies to perform services on our behalf. We use Jobvite to host our job postings and process online applications. We may also provide your name and email address to a third party to administer standardized assessments. Where appropriate and permitted by law, we may, with your express authorization, send your name and address to a service provider to complete background checks.
In the event of an acquisition, we expect that the information that we have collected, including personal information, would be transferred along with our other business assets.
ARI may share personal information with our affiliates and subsidiaries for our and our affiliates’ and subsidiaries’ internal business purposes.
We may disclose your personal information to government authorities and to other third parties when compelled to do so by government authorities, at our discretion, or otherwise as required by law, including but not limited to in response to court orders and subpoenas. How Long We Keep Your Personal Information
For unsuccessful candidates, ARI will retain your application information for a maximum of three years from the date of the hiring decision unless otherwise required by law or regulation. For successful candidates, ARI retains your information for up to four years after the duration of your employment or as long as necessary in connection with the purposes in this Privacy Policy and in accordance with ARI’s retention policy and applicable law.
How We Protect Your Information.
We take commercially reasonable steps to protect the personal information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Please understand, however, that no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our databases, nor can we guarantee that the information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to and from us over the Internet. We do not monitor, recognize, or honor any opt-out or do not track mechanisms, including general web browser “Do Not Track” settings and/or signals.
