Despite our size, we came from humble beginnings. Our first brand, ARI, began in 1981 as a catalog-focused business and then expanded into websites and digital marketing. ARI grew through a series of acquisitions, starting in 2008, and was publicly traded for more than 20 years. In 2018, True Wind Capital took the company private and continued to merge with primary competitors to create the industry's largest footprint for dealer-centric digital solutions. True Wind brought on TA Associates, and acquisitions have ramped up since then. Our parent brand, LeadVenture, was born in 2020.

Tim serves as President, CEO and Board Director of LeadVenture. With more than 25 years of technology and software experience, he is extremely passionate about creating value for our many brands and their consumers. Tim places significant priority on culture and people development, having seen firsthand the benefits of a strong, positive environment that empowers people to deliver customer value while gaining career-boosting experience.
Prior to joining LeadVenture, Tim served as Executive Vice President and Chief Product Officer at SAP Concur, leading product strategy, planning and management. Previously, he was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Expedia.com, managing Expedia’s largest region while also leading global product management for Expedia worldwide. He is an ardent powersports and boating enthusiast who loves living in the Pacific Northwest with his wife, two daughters and Ollie, the golden retriever.
Krissy brings experience from her years in software operations and M&A to the teams that support LeadVenture’s customers every day. Krissy is passionate about continuous improvement and learning and is proven to deliver on value creation through M&A and strategic growth initiatives. Prior to LeadVenture, Krissy held a variety of leadership roles in product, strategy and operations at Zywave, provider of sales, marketing and back-office SaaS solutions to the insurance industry in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She enjoys sail racing and cruising around the world, and currently resides in Portland, Oregon, with her husband, two kids and an 11-pound Schnoodle named Napoleon.
Chris has more than 20 years of software product experience. He is very passionate about building software that is easy to use and solves real customer problems.
Prior to joining LeadVenture, he has served the software industry for many years through prominent brands such as Promethean, Onvia and CDK. He is married with four teenage kids, and he loves spending time outdoors and boating with his family.
Dwayne is responsible for software engineering and information technology as the CTO at LeadVenture. He works to build high-performing teams focused on high-value SaaS software and helps create a wide range of award-winning e-commerce and e-catalog platforms, lead management tools and digital marketing services that helps dealers, equipment manufacturers and distributors complete and sell online and in-store.
Brad Jewett is an experienced Operating Executive at the C-level responsible for leading Strategic, Finance, Operating and M&A activities. Previously served as a C-Level at Corel, OpenLink Financial and BMC Software, Brad has also implemented and led the Enterprise Risk Management programs at both Microsoft and BMC Software for Board purposes. As a business unit CFO, Brad also managed a $1B business and transitioned BMC Software from a NASDAQ listed company to a private organization, he has also served as a C-Level at Corel and OpenLink Financial that resulted in private to private transactions valued > $1B. Brad has an MBA in finance from Vanderbilt University – Owen Graduate School of Management and a BBA from The University of Texas at Austin.
Chris joined LeadVenture via the Dealer Car Search acquisition, where he was Chief Operating Officer. He leverages 20 years of industry experience in business and sales leadership, blended with his passion for both the customer and employee experience, to lead sales, marketing, and OEM relationships for the company. Prior to his appointment as Chief Revenue Officer, Chris led our Used Auto vertical as Senior Vice President and General Manager. Under his tenure, it became one of our fastest growing businesses making up greater than 25% of LV’s total revenue. When he is not working, he enjoys giving back to his deep-rooted community in Louisville, Kentucky and spending time with his wife and three children.
Amber is our collaborative, dynamic and goal-driven HR leader. With more than 15 years of executive HR experience, Amber brings a true passion for helping companies scale their people practices through being data-driven, business-aligned, enterprise-minded and people-hearted. Her leadership roles include Microsoft, Corbis Images, Onvia and OfferUp. Amber is married with four sons, and her family enjoys singing, playing a variety of instruments and restoring classic cars.
Daphne Li brings 20 years of experience in operations, strategy and business transformation. She is passionate about making a meaningful impact on business outcomes through operational excellence. Prior to LeadVenture, Daphne served as the Chief Operating Officer of SAP Concur Solution Area at SAP. Before joining SAP Concur, Daphne worked at Dell for 14 years in a variety of leadership positions. Daphne lives in Bellevue, Washington, with her husband, daughter and two handsome cats named William and Casper.
Michael is responsible for accelerating LeadVenture’s growth through M&A and other cross-functional strategic initiatives. He drives evaluation and execution of acquisitions and commercial deals through pipeline development, due diligence, negotiations, integration planning and synergy implementation. He works closely with LeadVenture’s investors, executive team and divisional leadership to ensure business objectives are met. Prior to joining LeadVenture, Michael worked at Live Nation and Morgan Stanley.
